Iraniha.com has made every effort to make the site as complete as possible,
and get the Iranians worldwide to have a place they can call "home".
During the past 2 years we have worked hard to make the site, and add features
that everyone will benefit in some way. We have hired programmers, bought top of
the line software, and hardware to give it the power and reliability it needs to
support our fellow Iranians, and other nationalities interested in our culture.
The cost for this project was close to $80,000.00, not including the time the management
of the site has put into it. At the moment, the cost of running and maintaining
the site alone is a minimum of $20,000 per month, and will continue to grow as
the site gets more popular.
When started, it was supposed to be a simple project, but over time the
management decided to make it more involved, and bring out something spectacular
to the market. We have more features that get added to the site almost weekly.
The features you see here is about 30% of what is planned for this
community.
The Iraniha website receives no funding from the any organizations. The cost of maintaining, hosting and regular updates is paid out of our pocket.
Unfortunately, as you can see the cost and the time spent on maintaining this valuable resource is not cheap.
