نكات مهمي در مورد كلمه  كاربري 

• نام كاربري شما نامي است كه ما شما را در سايت به ان ميشناسيم پس در انتخاب ان دقت كنيد.

• از يك اسم منحصر بفرد به عنوان نام كاربري براي ثبت نام استفاده كنيد.

• اسم منحصر بفرد اسمي است كه تنها مختض شما بوده و كسي قبلا با اين نام ثبت نام نكرده باشد.

• يك نام كاربري :

                نبايد با ( _ ) و يا ( . ) و يا علامت منفي ( - ) شروع شود يا پايان يابد.

                نام كاربري شما تنها ميتواند شامل تمام حروف الفبا, اعداد و ( _ ) و ( . ) باشد.

                از كاراكتر ديگري براي نام كاربري خود نميتوانيد اسفتاده كنيد.

بعد از ثبت نام با يك نام كاربري امكان تغيير آن براي شما وجود ندارد مگر اينكه آن نام كاربري را كنسل كرده و يكي ديگر ثبت نام كنيد.

نكات مهمي درباره آدرس ايميل

• شما بايد يك آدرس ايميل معتبر داشته باشيد.

• مطمئن شويد كه كه ايميل خود را اينطور وارد كرده ايد: yourname@company.com

حتماً توجه داشته باشيد كه به اول آدرس ايمل خودwww. اضافه نكنيد. در اين صورت به دليل اشتباه بودن ادرس ايمل شما هيچ ايملي دريافت نخواهيد كرد.

• مطمئن شويد كه ظرفيت اكونت ايميل شما پر نشده باشد.

• مطمئن شويد كه اكونت ايميل شما غير فعال نباشد.

اگر آدرس ايميل نداريد

اگر ادرس ايميل نداريد, از ادرس ايميل ايرانيها با همان نام كاربري كه ثبت نام مي كنيد استفاده كنيد. بطور مثال اگر نام كاربري كه انتخاب ميكنيد  name  باشد, در قسمت ايميل  name@iraniha.com را وارد كنيد.

بعد از ان شما منتظر بمانيد تا يكي از همكاران ما اكونت شما را بررسي كرده و تثبيت كند. بعد از شما به كلمه عبور خود دسترسي پيدا ميكنيد. اگر اطلاعاتي كه شما به هنگام ثبت نام وارد كرده ايد درست باشد, كلمه عبور شما روي 1234 تنظيم خواهد شد وشما ميتوانيد وارد ايميل خود شويد.لطفاً توجه داشته باشيد كه همه اين مراحل بايد تا 48 ساعت انجام گيرد.

كلمه عبور (Password)

بعد از ثبت نام موفقيت آميز كلمه عبور شما را به شما ايميل ميكنيم, بعد از ان شما ميتوانيد به سيستم وارد شويد.كلمه عبور شما به طور تصادفي انتخاب مي شود بنابراين براي به خاطر سپردن مشكل خواهد بود. اولين باري كه شما به سيسيم وارد ميشويد صفه شما به قسمت پروفايل, جاييكه شما ميتوانيد اطلاعات خود را ويرايش كنيد, وارد مي شود. شما در اين صفحه ( پروفايل) ميتوانيد اكونت خود را به طور دلخواه تنظيم كنيد.

اعتبار ايميل

بعد از ثبت نام شما ايميلي با عنوان (Activation Email) دريافت ميكنيد.به اين ايميل جواب ندهيد. براي فعال شدن اكونت خود مراحل زير را انجام دهيد:

• ايميل رسيده را باز كنيد.

•  لينك فرستاده شده در ايميل را پيدا كنيد.

• روي آن لينك كليك كنيد.

• شما به سايت وارد خواهيد شد, جاييكه از شما خواسته ميشود وارد سيستم شويد اگر تا كنون وارد نشده ايد.

اگر اكونت شما فعال نشد. به احتمال زياد اكونت شما حذف خواهد شد.

همچنان با مشكل مواجه هستيد!

در صورتي كه هنوز براي ثبت نام با مشكل مواجه هستيد اطلاعات زير را به modir@iraniha.com  ارسال كرده و درخواست كنيد تا شما را ثبت نام كنند.

• نام كامل

• ادرس كنوني ايميل خود را ( در صورتي كه ايميل داريد) ( شما ميتوانيد از ادرس ايميل ديگران براي فرستادن اين ايميل استفاده كنيد)

• آدرس ( حداقل نام شهر, استان و كشور محل سكونت را ذكر كنيد)

• سن

• تاريخ تولد

• نام كاربري  دلخواه

• چند نام كاربري ذكر كنيد ( چون ممكن است نامي كه شما انتخاب ميكنيد قبلاً ثبت نام شده باشد.)

سعي ميكنيم به محض رسيدن ايميل ارسالي شما را با همان نام كاربري دلخواه خود ثبت نام كنيم, اگر با اسم اول دلخواهتان نشد با اولين نامي از نامهاي ديگر كه شما ذكر كرده ايد شما را ثبت نام ميكنيم.

قوانين

Important notes about the username

• A username is a name you are referred to on the site, so choose it wisely.

• Should only consist of alphabetical letters, numbers and underscore( _ ) and  period ( . ) (no minus sign ( - ) )
• Should not contains any other

• You can not change your username once it is registered. In order to change it, you have to cancel it and register for a new one.

Important notes about the email address

• You need a valid email account to register.
• If you don't have an email address,
• Please make sure you enter the email address like yourname@company.com
• Do not add a www. in front of your email address. It is incorrect and you will not receive the confirmation
• Make sure your email account is not full.
• Make sure your current email account is not disabled.

If you do not have an email address

If you do not have an email address, use Iraniha.com email address. For example:

Lets say you choose a username such as name

In the email field, enter name@iraniha.com

Since you don't have access to this email address to get the password, you will need to wait until one of our staff verifies the account. If the information you provide is correct, your password will be set to 1234, so you can login. Please note that this process takes up to 48 hours.

Passwords

Upon successful registration, you will be emailed a password so you can login to the system. The password is generated randomly, so in most cases it it very difficult to remember. Once you login to the system for the first time, you are taken to the profile page, where yu can edit your information. You can change it to whatever you design.

Email Validation

Once you are registered, you will get an email with the subject, Activation Email. Please do not reply to this email. In order to activate your account:

• Open the email

• Locate the link in the email

• Click on the link

• You will be entered in the site, where you are asked to login if you are not already logged in.

• You will get a message saying that your account is activated.

If your account is not activated, most likely it will be deleted.

Still having problems

If you are still having problems, send an email to modir@iraniha.com, provide the following information and ask to be registered on the site:

• Your full name

• Your current email address (if you have one) (you might be using someone else's email address to send this email)

• Address (At least city, state, and country of your residence)

• Age

• Date of birth

• Desired username

• Alternative usernames (if the primary is already taken)

Upon receiving your email, we will try to make every effort to register your desired username, if not we use one of the alternative usernames you have provided.
